The headquarter of the private members club La Macchia is located in Macchiatonda, Capalbio in an ancient 16th-century farmhouse within the Terre di Sacra estate. The venue in 2016 has undergone an important renovation project for a conservative restoration, becoming a landmark for the lovers of the Maremma area.

The club’s facilities include a clubhouse, beautiful sitting and dining rooms, a restaurant, indoor and outdoor cocktail bars, a terrace overlooking the sea, a garden on the dunes, an outdoor nightclub and the use of the car park. During the summer, the club is open from 09.30am until late while in autumn and spring La Macchia is open during the weekends.
The activities introduced by La Macchia include restaurant and bar service from breakfast until late night, music from our resident DJs, live acts, water sports, country pursuits, cultural and social happenings and events in collaboration with selected establishments and institutions. The food and beverage management service is provided by Petersham Nurseries.
