Restaurant La Dogana and Bistro Doganino
Chef Francesco Rivoglia creates à-la-carte menus mostly with sea food, innovative but still focused on local ingredients. We are sure that the hamburger at La Dogana will soon become an iconic dish in Capalbio. The bun is prepared daily with sourdough and the burger is served in two different versions: Maremman Manzetta beef, pancetta, BBQ sauce and braised red onion or the fish version with an excellent tartare, fresh and light.
If you prefer a faster snack, Bistrot Il Doganino is your choice, with a wide selection of dishes such as basmati rice, stir-fried chicken, vegetables, mixed salads, mozzarella bar and gourmet panini.
Il Doganino’s best sellers are its poke bowls, Hawaiian rice salads, raw vegetables and fresh fish sashimi served with soy sauce and wasabi mayonnaise. Families’ favorites are our EatMeBoxes, delicious gourmet boxes to be shared with friends under beach umbrellas.
Even the most demanding children can find their favorite dishes in the menu and they will have fun with pic-nic baskets which can booked for lunch at the beach, a real trend in Summer 2020.

The Beach Club’s crown jewel is the new mixology service managed by Fabio & Simone, successful bartenders who propose a cocktail menu to be tried from A to Z.
