The Cottage has a large living room with comfortable sofas, TV set and dining table. The kitchen is basic but fully equipped to prepare delightful dinners and there is also a laundry. It has two bathrooms, one of which has a huge shower. Piccolo Cottage’s bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Piccolo Cottage dei Papiri has a private access to the seaside. A dirt road, which can be followed by foot, bicycle or car, will lead you to the beach. The free beach is attended almost exclusively by guests from Terre di Sacra’s other villas. This means that you have plenty of room at your disposal to enjoy the seaside.

The untouched beach, Mediterranean maquis and gold dunes maintain a romantic allure that is out of time. No sound of traffic, no smog to breathe and you just lose track of time. • Only a few kilometers from Piccolo Cottage dei Papiri you will find Macchiatonda beach with a selection of restaurants and beach clubs.
• Another beach that is ideal for families with children is the Dogana in Capalbio where you can find the Dogana Beach Club. Along with every beach equipment, you will find a children’s playground, gourmet restaurant and beautiful reading area with a view over the sea waves.
