BEACH CLUB LA DOGANA TERMS & CONDITIONS
Dear Guests,
Please kindly read the following Terms & Conditions before using our Beach Club facilities.
GENERAL RULES
1. Reservations are non-refundable, except as provided under Article 15 – Right of Cancellation, namely in the event of cancellation communicated at least 14 days prior to the reserved date.
2. In the event of rough sea conditions, beach umbrellas may be relocated to the adjacent public beach, subject to safety conditions and at the sole discretion of the Management.
3. Guests are required to comply with the provisions of Bathing Safety Ordinance No. 77/2019 issued by the Maritime Authority of Porto Santo Stefano.
4. The Beach Club is open daily from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Outside these hours, services are not guaranteed.
5. Guests are kindly requested not to leave food leftovers, crockery, glasses, or other waste at their beach station.
6. Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards other visitors and to treat all Beach Club facilities with care.
7. Parents or accompanying adults are fully responsible for supervising minors throughout their stay at the Beach Club.
8. The use of beach towels directly along the shoreline is not permitted.
9. Guests are not permitted to bring their own beach equipment or furniture, including umbrellas, chairs, sun loungers, deck chairs, or similar items.
10. Management accepts no responsibility for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings left unattended at beach stations, changing rooms, lockers, vehicles, or elsewhere within the property.
11. In order to accommodate summer events hosted at the Beach Club, Management reserves the right to assign Guests a different beach station from the one originally allocated, while guaranteeing the same reserved category. On such occasions, Guests are required to vacate the beach station by 7:00 p.m.
12. The Beach Club offers Classic and Comfort beach stations. Both categories include:
an Adults Area, reserved exclusively for Guests aged over 12 years;
a Family Area, recommended for Guests with children under 12 years.
13. Pets are not permitted on the beach or in the sea.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
14. Deposits and Payments
14.1 Upon confirmation of the reservation, a deposit equal to 50% of the total booking amount is required. This deadline may be shortened at the discretion of the Commercial Office.
14.2 For reservations made less than 30 days before the arrival date, full payment is required upon confirmation.
14.3 The remaining balance must be received at least 15 days prior to the start of the booked service. For online reservations, the balance may be charged directly to the credit card provided during the booking process.
14.4 Failure to receive payment within the specified deadlines may result in the reservation not being guaranteed.
14.5 Reservations requested within 15 days of the arrival date must be paid in full at the time of confirmation.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
15.1 Guests may cancel their reservation by sending written notice via email.
15.2 The following cancellation fees will apply:
10% of the amount paid for cancellations made up to 30 days before the arrival date;
50% of the total booking amount for cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before the arrival date;
100% of the total booking amount for cancellations made after the above deadlines.
15.3 No refunds will be granted other than those expressly provided for in these Terms & Conditions.
15.4 Guests wishing to protect themselves against unforeseen circumstances are advised to arrange their own travel or cancellation insurance.
15.5 By submitting payment, the Guest expressly authorizes La Dogana Beach Club to retain any amounts due as cancellation fees in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
IMPORTANT NOTES
The beach umbrella number and parking space number are provided for reference only.
The reserved row and selected parking area are guaranteed; however, the final umbrella and parking space numbers will be assigned automatically by the booking management system.
For seasonal memberships, the beach station number will be guaranteed, whereas the parking space number will be assigned by Management at the beginning of the season according to the selected parking category.
BY SUBMITTING PAYMENT, THE GUEST ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND ACCEPTED THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS IN THEIR ENTIRETY.
