Cottage dell’Alloro has a main building, essential and functional. This exclusive holiday house’s ground floor has a lounge area that includes a wide living room with sofas in taupe tones, a large dining table and a rustic fireplace. On the same floor there is the kitchen, a laundry, a TV room with another sofa and a huge flat-screen TV, two bedrooms with bathroom and walk-in closet.

The attic has two more bedrooms with private bathrooms. Bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Cottage dell’Alloro was entirely renovated in 2016 and decorated in shades of sand, white and taupe. Cottage dell’Alloro has no direct access to the seashore but guests can benefit from a private pathway that leads to coastal dunes and which can be followed by car or bicycle.

This holiday house is ideal for families loving nature tourism. The large patio overlooks the garden, Lake of Burano and Buranaccio Tower.

Holidays immersed in nature

Guests renting Cottage dell’Alloro love peacefulness, tranquility and being in harmony with nature. From this holiday house, you can enjoy the best view of Lake of Burano of the whole Capalbio. The garden extends along the lake and it is a privileged viewpoint to watch the fauna of the WWF Nature Reserve.

The Reserve is inhabited by over 200 bird species, migratory and non-migratory, and dozens of incredible plant species. The garden at Cottage dell’Alloro is near the lake: the thick reed-bed surrounding the lake is the home of many of these birds, which can be watched mainly at dusk and dawn.

Children love nature tourism and spend hours captured by the flight of herons, big flamingos and ospreys. Near the Cottage there are big maritime pines that will protect you from the hot summer sunshine.

Nature tourism in Capalbio

Not far from Cottage dell’Alloro you can reach the wild beach and La Dogana di Capalbio beach club. The nearest beach is untouched, huge, natural and can be reached through a private road by car or bicycle. The beach club is just as fascinating and doesn’t lack all the beach amenities requested by the most demanding families.

At La Dogana di Capalbio, there is a delightful bar-restaurant open every day. Informal yet courteous service, local and seasonal products, refined cuisine. All of this in the wonderful setting of Capalbio’s beach, just a few meters from the sea.

At a few-minute drive you can reach a lot of interesting locations where you can play sports and spend your leisure time. One of our favorite places is undoubtedly the Maremma Regional Park, ideal for nature tourism lovers, Saturnia Thermal Baths which are a perfect choice during rainy days, and the Tarot Garden which holds a special place in the heart of all of Capalbio inhabitants.
