Villa della Sughera

Villa della Sughera, completely renovated in 2014, consists of a main building and two dependance. During the spring of 2021 the new 25m long heated pool will be completed, perfect for swimmers!

The main building has three floors: the ground floor with kitchen, dining room, a large and bright living room, study, bathroom, laundry room and a room for the staff. The first  floor has four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The attic has a bedroom with bathroom and walk-in closet. Bedrooms are air-conditioned. The small dependance has a bedroom and walk-in closet. It is the perfect room for the staff or for friends visiting you. The second annex has been completely renovated in 2018 and, apart from the technical premises, it has a large TV room, a bedroom, bathroom and walk-in closet. Villa della Sughera’s distinctive touch is wrought iron. The patio’s furnishings are all made of this material, as well as some of the four-poster beds in the bedrooms and other numerous details.
