Villa della Vite

Villa della Vite is a major central country house with two dependance. The main country house has three floors: the ground floor has a kitchen, dining room with a big convivial dining table, living room, study, bathroom, laundry room and a room for the staff.

The first floor has four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in closet. The attic (33.85sqm) has a bedroom, with bathroom and walk-in closet. Bedrooms are air-conditioned. Villa della Vite has two dependance: the first has two large rooms, one arranged as a TV room and the other as a comfortable double room with bathroom and walk-in closet. Recently furnished, it has a satellite TV and
internet access. The second annex, the smaller one, has a bedroom and a bathroom.

From May 2020 this Villa will have a new outdoor heated pool 25m long, reserved exclusively for the guests of Villa della Vite.

The dominant color at Villa della Vite is green. It is on the walls of some of the bedrooms and common spaces and it is always there in the lush vegetation embracing the villa. The American vine and jasmines interweave over the columns of the patio overlooking the sea.

We all love the seaside in the summer and dream about the sunshine during the long and grey winter days but Villa della Vite is the ideal solution even in spring and autumn.
